my first week of the production was full with task that i had to complete in order for me to start with my production, first of all i had to collect all my models and get them to act out for me so that i would be able to take pictures of them for my documentary.in order for me to be able to avoid someone backing off in the last second i decided to ask more people so that i can have many photo's and then choose the ones that i think is more appropriate and suitable. then when i was sure of my models i went out and took pictures of them.

then i had to think about the places that i was planning on taking the video shots in, and i had to think about the ways in which i was going to take my shots and the order that i was going to put them in. after that when i had a brief idea about what i was going to do i had to think of the sort of questions that i was going to ask to the people that i was going to interview. i planned on interviewing only three people and ask each one of them five main questions but none of them would be the same. for example one of them would be one that wears the head scarf, the other one would be a non-Muslim girl that does not think of the head scarf as a fashion or faith and the other one would be different from the other two.

at the same time i was sorting out the name of the documentary with one of my friends that is working with me and helping me to finish this production successfully. the last thing that i did was go out to the places that i planned to take the video shots in and check it out by my self. the next thing ii am planning on doing next is going to the shop and asking them if i would be able to take video in the actual shop.

take some picture of different types of how the headscarf could and is worn these days. whether it was in a fashionable way or as a symbol of faith. i can also take some pictures of different types of scarfs, different colours and shapes as well as sizes.

then i would go round to interview people and ask them what they think of the head scarf. try to interview men women and try to get all the different age groups included.

get a volunteer to help me in my work to try on a headscarf and atalk about what she thinks of it and if she likes it on her
